How to make Tomato Chatni? 

Put the tomatoes ( 1 kg chopped ) in a deep non stick pan and cook on medium heat.

Add salt and mix. Add onions ( 2 medium chopped ) and red chilli powder ( 2 teaspoons ) and mix. Add sugar ( 1 cup ) and stir till it dissolves. Cook till the excess moisture evaporates.

Add vinegar ( 1/3 cup ), mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into sterilized bottles and store in refrigerator when cooled down to room temperature. Use when
